Jake is extremely above average realtor. I told him my situation and what was going on with my past experiences with other realtor agents. The first day we went out to find a house . He said to me . "We are getting you in contract today." As a disabled vet myself . He was true to his word and I got into contract the same day . He doesn't have the I CANT attitude. For the past 7 years I have been working with realtors that really didnt know how to get the deal done, let alone write up a contract within your parameters of what you can do and give suggestions. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns and walk me though the process step by step. Had great contacts and references to even make the process for me to run more smoothly. I will definitely be working with him again in the future.
